In order to make you feel safe when shopping at Annes Table, we have made every
effort to protect your data from access by third parties.
Because your data and your trust are our obligation to the greatest security.

1. Access data and hosting
You can visit our websites without giving any personal information. Each time a
web page is called, the web server merely automatically stores a so-called

2. Data collection and use for contract processing and opening a customer
account
We collect personal information if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of
your order, when contacting us (for example, by contact form or e-mail) or when
opening a customer account. Obligatory fields are marked as such, since in

3. Data transfer
For fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b
DSGVO we pass on your data to the shipping company responsible for the
delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we
will forward the payment data collected to the credit institution commissioned
with the payment and any payment service providers commissioned by us to
process the payments or to the selected payment service. In part, the selected
payment service providers also collect this data themselves, provided that you
create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service
provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect,

Data transfer to shipping service providers

DSGVO forward your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping
service provider so that they can contact you before delivery for the purpose
of delivery notification or reconciliation.
The consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to the contact
option described below or directly to the shipping service provider at the
contact address listed below. After revocation, we will delete your data for
this purpose, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data
or we reserve the right to further data usage, which is permitted by law and

4. E-mail newsletter and mail advertising
E-mail advertising with registration for the newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required or separately
provided by you to regularly send you our e-mail newsletter based on your
consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. to send a DSGVO.
The deregistration from the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done
either by a message to the contact option described below or via a dedicated
link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing we delete your e-mail address, as

5. Data usage in payment processing
Identity and credit check when selecting Klarna payment services
If you opt for Klarna's payment services (Sofortüberweisung), we ask for your
consent under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO that we may transmit to
Klarna the data necessary for the processing of the payment and an identity and
credit check. In Germany, the credit reporting agencies listed in Klarna's
Privacy Policy may be used for identity and credit checks.
The received information about the statistical probability of a default of
payment is used by Klarna for a balanced decision on the establishment,
execution or termination of the contractual relationship.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the contact
details below. As a result, we may no longer be able to offer you certain
payment options. You can also revoke your consent to the use of personal data
against Klarna at any time.
Identity and credit check when selecting Billpay payment methods
If you choose one of the payment options of our partner Billpay GmbH (purchase
on account), you will be asked in the order process to submit to Billpay the
data required for the settlement of payment and an identity and credit check
according to Art. 6 para P. 1 lit. to comply with the GDPR. If you give your
consent, your details (first and last name, street, house number, zip code,
city, date of birth, telephone number and, if you purchased by direct debit,
the specified account details) as well as the data associated with your order
will be transmitted to Billpay.
For the purpose of its own identity and credit checks, Billpay or its
affiliates commissioned by Billpay provide data to credit reporting agencies
(credit bureaus) and receive credit information based on
mathematical-statistical procedures, including address data. Detailed
information on this and the credit agencies used can be found in the privacy
policy of Billpay GmbH. The received information about the statistical
probability of a payment default is used by Billpay GmbH for a considered
decision on the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual

Furthermore, Billpay uses third-party funds to detect and prevent fraud. Data
obtained with these tools may be stored encrypted with third parties so that
they are readable only by Billpay. Only if you select a payment method of our
cooperation partner Billpay, this data will be used, otherwise the data expire
automatically after 30 minutes.
You may revoke your consent to Billpay at any time. However, Billpay may
continue to be entitled to process, use and transmit your personal information
if required to do so in accordance with the terms of the contract or as
required by law or ordered by a court or agency.
6. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trust Badge
To display our Trusted Shops quality seal and the collected reviews as well as
the offer of the Trusted Shops products for buyers after an order, the Trusted
Shops Trust Badge is included on this website.
This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the
context of a weighing up of interests, in the optimal marketing of our offer
pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The Trustbadge and the services
advertised are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823
Cologne.
When the Trustbadge is called, the Web server automatically stores a so-called
server log file, which can be used, for example. Your IP address, date and time
of the retrieval, transferred amount of data and the requesting provider

Right of objection
