- When you have found the requested product, you can move it – without any obligation – into the shopping basket. All you need to do is click on the button “Add to Basket“. You can check the contents of your shopping basket any time by clicking on “Show shopping basket”.
- You can remove the products from the shopping basket at any time by clicking on “Remove”.
- When you are ready to purchase the products in your shopping basket, please click on “Send“ or on “Next step“.
- You are welcome to register on our website, but this is optional.
- Next, please enter your data. Fields that must be completed are marked *.
- Then select your preferred shipping and payment methods. Once you have entered all data, please check them again.
- By clicking on “Send order“, you complete the order process.
- You can cancel the order process at any time by closing the browser window.
- Following your order we will send you an order confirmation by email titled “Your order from Anne’s Table“. Should you not receive the confirmation, please contact us.
- The order confirmation will also list our bank details.
- If you have chosen to pay “in advance, by bank transfer“, please transfer the total invoice amount to our account.
- The invoice for your purchase will be sent to you together with the goods.
- All goods in our shop are available within the delivery periods indicated in the item view.
- We will inform you if an item is not available or if the delivery will be delayed.
The order contract will be saved on our internal systems. You can read the General Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. If you have set up a customer account, you can review your customer data at any time under “My Account”. The order details will be sent to you by email.
