How will Anne's Table deliver your goods?
We work exclusively with DHL.

How long is the delivery time?
Of course we will process your order immediately upon receipt. At the moment your order will be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, on average it is 4 working days following receipt of your order. Should delivery times vary for certain items, you will find the corresponding information on the relevant product page.

For special and custom orders we will inform you of the delivery time before you order.
 
What are the delivery charges?

At Anne's Table you will pay a delivery charge of 4.90 € for any order within Germany up to a value of 49.00 € .

This only partially covers the cost of postage and packaging, Anne's Table will bear the balance of the cost.
If for technical or logistical reasons your order is dispatched in several parcels, you will of course only be charged postage once.

We will deliver free of charge within Germany from an order value of 49.00 € .

Cash on Delivery
Within Germany you can also choose to pay cash on delivery. The additional charge for this payment method is 6.90 €.

DHL Express
Where we receive your order during a work day (Monday to Friday) before 2 p.m. and you choose to pay via PayPal credit card or immediate transfer, we are happy to send you your order by Next Day Delivery (on a work day) via DHL Express (provided the items ordered are on stock). The DHL Express delivery charge is 24.00 € .
 
 
Returns and damaged goods:
Transport Damage:
In spite of all care and due diligence we cannot exclude the possibility of transport damages. Should this happen, we will of course replace the damaged items free of charge.
In the case of transport damage please proceed as follows:

1. Inform the courier (DHL) of the transport damage immediately upon receipt of the goods.
2. Then inform us oft he transport damage. If you wish to return items, we will organise the return.

Please do not return goods carriage forward. 

Returns:
You would like to return ordered items?
No problem. Please return the items and we will immediately refund the price of the items or send you a different product of your choice.
Please observe the following procedure when returning goods:

1. Send us an email, call us under +49 (0)681 -37201000 or send us an informal fax to +49 (0)681 -37201009 stating your wish to return items.
2. The return is at your expense, please frank the parcel according to its weight.
3. If your delivery did not contain a returns note, please download the return note and complete the information.
4. Please wrap up the items you wish to return. We recommend you use the packaging material you received the goods in.
5. Please take your parcel to your local Deutsche Post/ DHL branch.

Important note:
Please DO NOT send the parcel carriage forward! Due to the high charges we CANNOT accept parcels which have been sent carriage forward!!!

*Further Information for Dispatch to Switzerland
VAT and import duties in Switzerland
DHL shipping costs to Switzerland are high but you can still save when ordering from Anne's Table.
The product prices shown on Anne's Table website include German VAT (at 19 %). However, as Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, you will only be charged net prices for Switzerland.
The order value net of VAT will be shown in your shopping basket after step 3 of the order process (Select †œshipping and payment methods†).
 
There may be additional duties, import taxes and fees for importing goods into Switzerland which you will have to pay yourself. These duties, taxes and fees may increase the actual cost of your order. We will not refund import duties.
Swiss customs regulations for postal deliveries to private individuals
Duties and VAT have to be paid for any shipment to Switzerland from abroad.
During the postal transaction the customer is regarded as an importer and has to bear the relevant cost which will be charged when the Swiss postal service delivers the goods.


Import tax (VAT) and minimum value
Any goods ordered from us are subject to import taxes which will however only be charged from a tax value of at least 5 SFR (minimum value). You can find the current tax rates on the official Swiss financial websites (Eidgenössische Steuerverwaltung).

Postal Charge of 10 SFR
As soon as the tax value exceeds 5 SFR, duty has to be paid. Apart from import taxes you will also have to pay a processing charge to the Swiss postal service, the so called "Postvorweisungstaxe" which is currently a lump sum of 10 SFR. This duty is also subject to VAT and usually charged per parcel.
